We work closely with our clients in applying environmentally preferred practices to waste management, resource and energy use, travel and local transportation, venue and facilities selection, food provision and disposal, hotels and accommodation, management and purchasing decisions.

Here are some of the practices we have adopted and recommend you consider for your next event:

• Paperless conference, no printed handouts. Consider using USB sticks.
• Serve tea/coffee in cups and saucers instead of paper cups.
• Ensure your event collects and reuses name badges.
• Reduce information or supply electronically.
• Do not have conference bags encourage everyone to bring a bag from home.
• Ensure your event does not lay out pens and paper on tables for attendees; prior to the event, advise attendees to bring their own.
• Ensure your event has water glasses and jugs, and do not use bottled water.
• Share a taxi ride.
