Meet the Senior Team

Diana McIlwrick : Director
Diana has an incredible attention to detail and an ability to anticipate your every need. She has specialised within the Events Industry for the past 25 years. Diana started her events career working within the corporate sector taking groups off-shore to numerous destinations including the States, Tahiti, Egypt, throughout Europe and beyond. She started DInamics in 1994 and worked with superstars like Elaine Paige during the opening of the St James theatre in Wellington. In 2003, Diana and Alastair moved the business to Queenstown and has dedicated the past years to delivering exceptional programmes to International standards.

Diana is an avid reader and loves curling up with a new book and a glass of pinot gris to relax. In Winter you'll find her swooshing down the slopes at Coronet Peak and in Summer she enjoys tramping around the Queenstown area.

Alastair McIlwrick : Director
Alastair keeps his eyes on the numbers. He has a financial background gained working at senior management level both in Wellington and offshore. This experience is invaluable to Dinamics as he maintains financial control over every project.

Alastair holds a passion for tourism and has worked in the industry since the 1970’s initially as part of the development and management team at Turoa Ski Fields.

He is a keen sportsman enjoying all that Queenstown has to offer; winter sees him skiing at Coronet Peak and in summer he is out on his mountain bike.

Jade Bedingfield : Project Manager
Originally from Cambridge in the UK, Jade Bedingfield previously organised events for the Manchester Tourist Board. She has lived in Queenstown for just under a year after taking a career break to go travelling and was keen to get back into the industry to pursue her passion for events and couldn’t think of a better place than Queenstown.

Jade loves the outdoors and is looking forward to working on her snowboarding skills! Jade is enjoying being part of the team at Dinamics and is looking forward to organizing unique and memorable events in and around Queenstown.

Carmel Mills
Carmel joined the Team in 2007 as part of sister company Relax it's Done. After three years taking care of private clients and high-end vacation homes she turned her attention full time to Dinamics. Carmel is dedicated to ensuring our clients' programmes are delivered beyond expectations.

Carmel loves to be creative. When it comes to designing teambuilding days, activity programmes, themes and gala dinners she throws out the ordinary and delivers the amazing - turning dream events into reality.

Originally from Auckland, Carmel has embraced the outdoor paradise that is Queenstown. She has recently fallen vicitm to the "skiing bug" and during the warmer months adores being out on one of the many walking tracks in this stunning part of Aotearoa.
